My name is Bronya, with Bronya Schmoyer Ceramics. I grew up with a love of finding and collecting seashells. My love for the ocean only grew more and more as I got older. I lived by the sea for a very short amount of time. I miss it dearly and cannot wait for that day to come again. in the meantime, my Beach therapy is taking trips to Sanibel Island to collect seashells to make molds for my pottery pieces. Each shell that you see has been handpicked from the beach and made into a mold. My intention is to bring the ocean to your fingertips. Throw my pieces on the pottery wheel. Each piece is slightly different and holds the energy of the sea.
