Bryan Kippen
Bryan Kippen began his art career by age three, drawing his then favorite subject of horses. His early experiences of animals and the outdoors stuck with him through life becoming themes for his art. All of his works still portray scenes of western landscapes and rural life. Bryan's current works combine elements from his artistic experiments. He employs a mixed media approach using elements of paint, wood, and plaster characterized through carving and painting.
His creative explorations have lead a wandering path. Beginning at an early age with drawing and painting which he learned in school, he then taught himself wood carving. Bryan pursued a degree in Visual Communications from Weber State University in Ogden, UT. He currently resides in Rosalia, WA.
