Btika Bag Design is a family owned and operated company founded in 2015 by Stacy, Brynne, and Trevor Fitzgerald. Our passion to create as a family and share with other like minded buyers who also care about Fair Trade practices, Environmentally Friendly materials, and a Personal Approach to buying online.

Shipping & Order Processing:
Timely shipping is a priority:
Orders ship Monday-Saturday. All orders will ship within 1-3 business days after purchase date. Occasionally, we may experience high order volumes and the time to shipment may be extended. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority 2-Day unless otherwise requested at Checkout.
Find a shipping rate that fits your need:
Shipping rates are calculated by weight at Checkout to ensure the lowest cost to our customers. Overnight shipping is available upon request, with any additional costs being paid by the buyer.
We're on your side if an issue arises:
Please contact us if your order does not arrive in a timely manner. We will help you to track down your package and will replace your order if it cannot be located.
