We (my Husband Richard and I) are just in the beginng stages of becoming Food Vendors and are really looking foward to it. We purchased a nice used tralier in May 2010 and have been busy cleaning and getting things the way we want it set up. We just got our LLC done and so on to the next step of licenses, ect and try to get some bookings. It may be a bad time of year to begin, but we're just taking it slow and making sure we get it all done the right way.(including food safety classes) Who knew it would be so much fun before we ever got started...lol
