I am a glass sculptor specializing in traditional cameo engraving and hot sculpting techniques. I blow all my cameo blanks and then carve them by hand. I do not use any sand blasting or sand carving techniques because the only way to achieve the subtlety of shading and depth that I want is by hand. The sculptors that I created are mainly figurative and incorporate natural found objects with the glass figures. My focus with them is exploring the balance of nature and human civilization.
