CC's Specialty Foods is a producer of fresh 8" round, pre-packaged coffee cakes made in 30+ flavors as well as mini-Gluten Free cakes/breads in 11 flavors (currently). Our regular cakes are unique in that they all have their signature flavor inside the cake as well as outside. We produce them under the brand name of Chicago's Finest Coffee Cakes. You can find us primarily in Northern IL, SE WI and soon to be Northern IN and Southern MI. We will participate in 50+ festivals, fairs and craft shows. Our Gluten Free cakes and breads have been well received by the exploding numbers of our gluten intolerant population. This is a very exciting part of business as our customers are elated and thankful to see carrying this line of product. In addition to cakes, we market out own brand of privately labeled honeys - The Honey Man. We access local apiaries to purchase our honey which has been very well received by our customers.
