I was taught to draw by my dad and started creating abstract art when i was six years old. When I was in my thirties I took art history and studio art classes at SUNY in Purchase, NY.
While I worked as an interior/exterior/architectural designer my art was more of a hobby. I am now 71 years old and have created so many art pieces I have decided it is time to show my work.
I have had two shows through the PASCO County Fine Arts council (PFAC.) My older pieces began with my reactions to current affairs. Now I want viewers to find personal stories in what they see, using the titles as a guide. Currently I have taken a different direction and have started creating colorful abstracts with a playful vibe.
