Please allow me to introduce to you our business CW Concessions. My wife, Wendy, and I have worked in the food concessions industry a combined 17 years and are excited to present to you our newest opportunities.
We have 40+ years of experience in client driven industries and understand the importance of building lasting relationships with customers and business partners. We realize the smallest customer touch points will create experiences that bring them back year after year.
We provide a high quality product and use the best ingredients that are available to us. Wendy and I are focused on all aspects of the customer's experience, we understand that not only the noticeable things matter but so do the small attention to details that may not be quite as obvious. We pride ourselves on recruiting associates that provide friendly and polite service while staying engaged with the customers during their experience with us. Visiting a fair or festival is a fun experience for the customer and food is a large part of their overall experience. Customers build memories around the events they participate in and the foods they enjoyed and will come back year after year to build on the memories they made. We strive to be a part of those memories.
