Founded in 2021, Calico Jerk was themed along with the romance of the Caribbean Pirates, especially the pirate “Calico Jack”. Our menu is inspired by the amazing cuisine of the Caribbean nations and with great effort our items are made fresh daily with a focus in preventing food allergies, offering alternative plant-based options, and earth-minded disposables.
