California Watermelon Festival is one of the largest festivals in the San Fernando Valley for over 60 years. Our festival brings over 15,000 festival goers, and has a growth of attendance every year. California Watermelon Festival brings: Live entertainment (Live bands), live culinary demonstrations, carnival rides, free watermelon slices, children theatre, free pony rides, watermelon ski, tons of watermelon food (food court), beer tent, and over 80 vendor spaces.
