The Tour this spring is sponsored by twelve local artists and/or craftsmen, one artists’ cooperative (Off Track Art) and “The Shop at Cockey’s “(The Carroll County Historical Society). Members of this group change from time to time. The purpose of the Tour is to introduce interested parties to local artisans by having open houses at their studios. Many of these are historic structures. Most are private homes and are not handicapped accessible. As you plan your tour, contact the artists to be see if they can accommodate you if you have special needs.
