Carters Designs was born in Southern California where we were proud to provide unique standout jewelry for our customers. We pride ourselves on creating one-of-a-kind pieces, along with instruction for care, to our loyal fans.
After sending a gorgeous red piece on the red carpet at a Hollywood premiere, we have relocated to the midwest, outside the Tulsa area. This move has allowed more focus on creativity while participating in the Art in Fashion mood of the area.
Carters Designs has the distinction of being the first and only jewelry designer to obtain the Made in Okloma" certification throught the state of Oklahoma. This has opened the door to more festivals and events.
