CashboX was formed in 2006 by drummer Michael Murphy and Bass player Jeremy Payne. After jamming together for a couple of months, they sought out a singer, and found Andrew Brannon. In 2007 they added guitar player Tyler Chambers, and CashboX was almost complete. CashboX accidentally stumbled upon LB Abernathy on lead guitar. This forced the band to evolve and challenged them to create an even more unique and refined sound. With roots in gospel, country, rock, southern rock, blues, and several other types of music, CashboX consistently refines their music to reflect their unique sound. In 2009, CashboX was invited to record the theme song for Duckmen 13: Fear the Beard, Duckmen 14: Weather the Storm, and Buckmen 3: The Bigs, as well as making appearances on the Buck Commander reality show on the Oudoor Channel.
