Celcher, Cullowhee, NC
We are a family owned and operated business. Our name (CelCher) comes from combining my wife's heritage (Celtic and Cherokee).
With the exception of our Tupperware and the prints of our photography, everything we do is handmade by us. We make bamboo art: (Native American Bamboo flutes), bamboo nunchukas, bamboo wind chimes, bamboo napkin rings, bamboo walking sticks, and other bamboo art. We also make baskets using reed we buy from American owned companies. We plan to branch out into making baskets with natural materials from North Carolina (willow, honeysuckle, oak, maple) in 2017. We are also working on our own designs for these baskets. We make gemstone products (my mother-in-law makes gemstone mobiles that we currently have in our inventory) including jewelry that will be available in Spring of 2017. Summer of 2017 will see the first organic teas we will be offering. We grow our own herbs, using NO pesticides or other non organic compounds. We dry them, and mix our own teas. Our friends love them so much we are going to begin offering them as soon as we are approved by the Department of Agriculture. We also offer hand crocheted and hand knitted items which are usually seasonal, but can be custom made to order. Our smudge sticks are made from materials gathered from our property in Cullowhee, NC. My wife gathers and dries them, then ties them together using Cherokee methods.
Recently, we signed up to sell Tupperware! So, we are new Tupperware consultants and would be happy to speak to you about a purchase, a party, or even getting you signed up to sell!
Thank you for your interest in our company. We just started, and are looking forward to many years in the business.
