The Central Iowa Art Association serves Central Iowa by providing shows and events, classes and workshops featuring the visual fine arts.
The Textile & Fiber Art Fair is a new event intended to bring fiber and textile artists into the spotlight. Textile & Fiber Artists who work in many media and methods are welcome to display and sell their art. Attendees are encouraged to attend demonstrations or classes of techniques used in creating fine textile art such as dye painting and surface embellishment. In addition to the fiber artists' works, permanent collections are on display.
