We have been in business since 2001 when Kim Manfredi opened her first studio. Since our first days, we have had two simple goals: provide our fellow Baltimore citizens with the best possible yoga at the lowest possible prices.We have Seven area locations with ~100 instructors, many of whom trained directly with Kim and are certified through Yoga Alliance at either the 200 hour or 500 hour levels.
