We are a food truck that offers Italian ice granitas. Granitas have been around for centuries originating from Sicily back in the ancient Roman Era. They are composed of fruit, sugar and water. We've reimagined the granita to create fluffy snowlike ice and we top it with an all natural organic mixture of fresh fruit, sugar and water. It's the American snow cone's classier Italian cousin!
