Circle of Friends is a new project involving handmade jewelry crafted by local artists who are mentoring women who are housing insecure/homeless. Artists receive 50% commission for sales and homeless women receive 100% of proceeds for individual sales. The remaining 50% of artist commissions are reinvested in the project to fund classes and art supplies for homeless women. Currently we offer handmade earrings, bracelets and necklaces packaged with an explanation of Circle of Friends. This is women helping women by giving them a hand up, not a hand out.
