Wheeling Arts Fest is a multi-disciplinary festival produced by the City of Wheeling Arts & Cultural Commission and is funded by sponsorships and donations from businesses, organizations and individuals. The offers a variety of arts and cultural programs, including live music, visual arts, theatre, dance, literature, culinary demonstrations, historical arts and much more.
