We have a 24 ft concession trailer and sell steak sandwiches, Somoosas, fries and funnel cakes!! (drinks too)
We are newly retired from our jobs and decided to buy and build a conncession trailer! And now the work REALLY begins for us!
Our thought is to let our events and private parties let us know the direction we need to go. This adventure is going to expand as people make suggestions and comments. We will keep our menu simple for festival events so we can bring the best food we can and are not stretched too thin.
