Welcome Message:
Most items are available for personalization such as color or small details! Please ask if you have a question.
Payments:
Paypal is my preferred method of payment but I will accept money orders as well.
Shipping & Order Processing:
I aim to have everything shipped out within 4 days of an order but I am not perfect. I prefer to use USPS for shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges:
I will provide refunds occasionally, depending on the circumstance. As for exchanges, all of my products are made upon order so they are not available for exchange.
