Cuban Fusion was a 6 year dream of Chef/Owner Lisa Angelo. After battling breast cancer in 2010, a life changing event. She decided to create a food truck that could bring food she grew up on (Greek,Spanish,Mexican) infused with the food that she fell in love with over the past decade (Cuban). Lisa has catered for the past 2 1/2 decades and is now following a life long dream to have a traveling restaurant to feed people of all walks of life. "Jimmie" the truck named after her late mother, is a retro 1961 Airstream that came to fruition in early 2015.
