I began crafting approximately 3 years ago after collecting shells from a North Carolina beach. Not knowing what to do with what I had collected, I started to do different projects with them until I came up with the idea to make wreaths. I have been making wreaths and decoraing other items since that time.

Medium/Materials - Products/Tags

I use seashells, dried flowers, purchased frames, mirrors or any other small to medium item I think would go with a beachy decor - I make seashell wreaths using compressed straw which I cover with fabric. I then decorate with a theme in mind or just with sashells. I can usually make a ring in 1 to 2 weeks depending on the amount of tie I have availabe to work on them.
