I also had the opportunity to meet Joseph Keller, the brother of the renowned Thomas Keller. He spoke about growing fresh herbs outside his restaurant, shared captivating stories from The French Laundry, and inspired me with his tale of walking into a kitchen with nothing but his knife bag—securing his place in culinary history.
