Welcome to our site! Glad you stopped by for a visit! Let me tell you about Dakota Nights!
Dakota Nights is a three Piece Classic country, althought we do touch a little bit on 50's & 60's, band. We have been out and about for around 3 years now, and have played at a variety of places!! We've traveled around the state of North Dakota, and are now starting to take some gigs out of state. We are willing to travel to South Dakota as well as Montana too!
Dakota Nights has played at fairs, the North Dakota State fair being one of them, festivals, Legions, bars, and concert series in Mandan, as well as Hazen. We loved performing at each and every one of these venues!
One thing you will find with Dakota Nights is that we are an extremely close band. We all respect, and get along well with each other. We believe that that is what is needed to be a success in this business. We are also reliable. We understand the ins & outs of bookings, of what the venues are seeking, and what we need to do to make it an enjoyable and successful event for both the venue, as well as ourselves.
Dakota Nights: We love to duet! From George & Tammy, to Porter & Dolly, To Johnny & June, to our own originals, Our vocals are a perfect match! A rare thing, without being related!!! Dennis, the male lead vocal, sings Elvis, Waylon, Conway, and others in the classic country genre, and does it beautifully! Clean & clear! Susi, the Female Vocalist, brings Tanya Tucker, Emmylou Harris, Crystal Gayle to name a few, to the Dakota Nights Repitoire.
