I started the Challenge in June of 2011 and I lost 23lbs in 5 weeks!! I now weigh less than I did before I got pregnant with my daughter! I continue to drink a shake a day along with my breakfast because I am so much healthier and I feel GREAT!! I go all day without saying to myself "Boy I'm tired" and I have the energy and motivation to get things done!
