I am a nature and landscape artist who lives in Northern California, but my home is the wilderness expanses in the western states. I'm especially drawn to the desert southwest and Death Valley. The old-growth forests of the Pacific North West have fascinated me since my first stroll through Redwoods National Park while I was a student at Humboldt State University. After a 37 teaching career, I retired to pursue photography full-time. I've been creating fine art photography for 10 years.
