The DavidYonkerBand is a Christian Rock Band from the Big Rapids, MI area. We play a variety of contemporary Christian music along with having 2 CD's of our own. The Behold the cross project was our first which launched in 2011 and we'll be unveiling our Come to the Father project later this spring. All of our members have been musician's for many years and have significant experience in the Christian music arena. The band was started by David Yonker, a worship leader at Trinity Fellowship EFC in Big Rapids. He began writing his own music back in 2006 and felt the Holy Spirit leading him to take the music outside the church walls, which is why the band was formed. We play at many different venues but have one message and that's to share the gospel of Jesus Christ through the music and our testimonies.
