We specialize in Gourmet Style Homade Jalapeno Pepper jelly. We now offer 3 flavors of jelly, Red, Green and our newest is an Auburn Red made with Hatch Peppers from New Mexico. The red has more bite, our hottest (and includes Havanero & Ghost Peppers). The green is more sweet and our mildest recipe. The Hatch jelly has a real good bite and more heat. It is quickly becoming the most popular. This past year we have added a line of favored pepper spiced and rosemary & garlic vinegars. Debbie has added custom made cooking mitts with a wide variety of designs and themes. After many requests, a line of NFL team cooking mitts has been added to the collection. Also, we sell many different windsocks, house banners and garden flags. We have also added NFL House banners, All military services house and garden banners. Currently expanding to a website. Our favorite is doing events and festivals allowing the one on one meeting with the public.
