I spent much of my adult life raising four awesome kids and helping with my equally awesome grandchildren. Since I was very young, I've had an interest in creating things with my hands. I've made gifts and clothing for my family using skills sewing, crocheting, making jewelry and embroidery that I've developed over the years.
After raising my family until they were all in school, I returned to college to get my teaching degree in education and music. I enjoyed working as a substitute teacher for about 5 years, until I found it necessary to leave this field and find full-time employment. I worked as an Administrative Clerk until I was able to retire.
Now that I am retired, I still enjoy spending time with my family, but I've also had the luxury of developing my artistic skills. I am the sole owner of this shop and I create handcrafted jewelry and accessories using wire, pearls, crystals, silver plated and gold plated accents, beads, and various stringing materials and chains.
