Downtown Poplar Bluff, Inc., (DPB) is a nonprofit organization that assists the City of Poplar Bluff and property owners in the promotion of downtown Poplar Bluff as an economic, historic and family friendly cultural center. The Iron Horse Festival is just one event hosted by DPB as part of its downtown revitalization work. Live music on 2 stages, food/drink from local vendors and restaurants, craft vendors, car show, FREE kids zone area, and so much more.
