Creating is very therapeutic and I use art to deal with the trials and tribulations of living with Crohn's disease. Crohn's disease is an auto-immune disease which can affect the small and large intestines, mouth, throat, stomach, skin and joints. It can be very debilitating and hard to manage.
In my struggles to keep my disease under control, I turned to art. I started with oil painting and have recently branched out into glass and beading. I hope that you enjoy my store as much as I enjoy creating the items. Also, my very talented daughter helps me with the beading and the glass work. I can't seem to get her into oil painting, but she has a true gift for glass and jewelry making.
I only put handmade at 80% since we often by charms to use in our designs. But all items are made by me and my daughter. We hope you enjoy!
