D's Whimsy provides fun and unique wooden crafts, gifts and decorative items for your home. Items can be custom made to your specifications as to color/size, etc. I have been crafting since I was little, after being taught how to sew, crochet, knit and paint by both of my grandmothers and by my mother. D's Whimsy creates diaper bags, changing pads, nursing blankets, swaddled wraps and adorable little girls dresses, with matching purses, jewelry and hair pieces, etc.. I also create seasonal crafts from small shelf size décor to large outdoor items for your porch. I use multiple media to make each piece unique and whimsical. In addition to my crafting, I also make fabric-covered canvas that can be made in any size or number creating beautiful wall décor. Most recently, I have started taking flea market pieces and re-making them into unusual pieces for your home such as wooden chairs, time-out chairs for children, tables, old windows, etc. I take great care in producing quality made, unique pieces that you will be proud to display or give as a gift.
