The Eureka Montana Quilt Show (EMQS) has graced downtown Eureka, Montana since 2005. Our show has become a go-to destination for quilters from all over the Northwest, Canada and other countries. It decks out Eureka's downtown and Historical Village with unimaginable color. the Eureka Montana Quilt Show (EMQS.) The show is a large outdoor show, held on the first Saturday in August each year. This year it will be on August 6th from 9am to 4pm. In past years over 600 quilts have been on display, with quilts decorating our entire main street and historic village area. Eureka is a scenic little town on the border with Canada, in the far northwest corner of Montana. We also have a vendor area hosting the area quilt shops, a food court, and “Fiberfest”, a yarn-based event which is held at the other end of town on the same day.
