Eastside Elementary Eagles Marching Band, Haines City, FL
We are an elementary school marching band consisting of a drumline, color guard and dancers. We have been in existence for 20 years and perform in 10-14 events per year. Past parades have included the Festival of States in St. Pete, Springtime Tallahassee (200,000 in attendance), Gasparilla Extravaganza (300,000), Veteran's Day, Memorial Day, Martin Luther King, Jr, Citrus Festival, Strawberry Festival and many Christmas parades all over Florida. This past year we received an invitation to the National Memorial Day Parade in D.C. We have earned 19 trophies and ribbons.
