New York based design team Rachel Levy and Karen Tambor established ELENTE in 2009. Human emotion and opposing extremes such as basic hardware combined with semi precious stones inspired their jewelry collection. The teardrop design is incorporated into majority of the line signifying the array of emotions that can be conveyed by single tear; silent, uncontrolled and yet beyond words.
