Festival Island Noodles is a new culinary treat for festival participants. Island Noodles use freshly made Yaki-Soba noodles, made with hi-protein wheat, traditionally served in Hawaii. These noodles are stir-fried with fresh garlic, fresh ginger and a medley of 21 fresh vegetables, in specially designed wok stove units. These ingredients are then simmered in a secret light island sauce to enhance the flavor profile of this delicious dish, using no dairy, nuts or meatproducts. The customer has the choice of adding a delicious Teriyaki Chicken to the dish, at an optional cost. A 16-18 ounce portion of Island Noodles is conveniently served in a uniques sealable take-out container.
