We do BBQ brisket and sausage. Fireshack started in the backyard of good ole Texas serving up Mesquite smoked brisket to family and local restaurants. We pride ourselves in smoking our briskets for no less than 15 hours in a home made rub that will make you appreciate living in Texas! We cater weddings, birthdays, deliver to restaurants for those specialty menu items that you may want to run for the weekend.
