My Shop Policies
- Welcome Message: Jewelry by Fran is about making quality & beautiful jewelry at reasonable prices. All of our jewelry is sold in a quantity of one piece. Our reason for that decision is to give each one of our customers a one-of-a-kind piece that is made with the quality we expect from ourselves. Our semi-precious necklaces & bracelets are made with a variety of stones, colors and shapes, sizes & patterns. We do custom work on request. All custom work requires a 50% down payment. Payment is due on completion of work. We speak to our customers about the design, colors and beads and stones used. When working with semi-precious stones each one is going to be different from the previous one. You especially see this when you work with hand cut stones. All custom work must be done in advance this holds true if you are purchasing jewelry for a special event such as a wedding. For that reason we need to make sure we have the product available so we can meet and exceed deadlines. We offer a .925 Sterling Silver Clasp on select pieces of the semi-precious necklaces. Jewelry by Fran charges 8.25% tax on all in state sales for the state of Texas. Any out of state sales are not charged a tax.
Payments: We accept all major credit cards thru paypal.
Shipping & Order Processing: Shipping is done by USPS using flat rate boxes. All items are carefully packed with bubble wrap. Gift boxes or gift bags are available upon request at a nominal fee. All purchases will be charged a flat rate of $5.95 per order
Refunds and Exchanges: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You will have 30 calendar days to return your item. (Excludes Custom Jewelry Orders. Jewelry must not have been worn or damaged if you are requesting a refund. Shipping Costs will not be refunded. Please e-mail at glowwormone@yahoo.com when requesting a refund and the reason why.
We advise you to return shipped items with a tracking # and insurance for your protection. Refunds will not be given until jewelry is received and inspected. A full refund will be given on all first purchases minus shipping. Any other returns will be accepted only for credit or exchange.
