PTA is an organization for parents, educators, and community members. We work together to decide on programs and projects to benefit our children. Every member who joins PTA helps not only his or her own child but EVERY child. Franklin Smith Parent Teacher Association works together with the administration to make our school great!
Some of the ways that Franklin Smith PTA uses fundraising dollars are: field trips, field day, special person days throughout the year (i.e. grandparent's day), reading programs, assemblies, playground equipment, staff appreciation, and much more!
The overall purpose of PTA is to make every child's potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children.
