Friends of Tom has been performing in and around the Lehigh Valley since 2005, and is honored that Liz Younger, vocalist, is a 2018 Lehigh Valley Music Award recipient. FOT plays a refreshing mix of classic rock interspersed with blues, and country. Oh my goodness this is a fun band. A virtual jukebox, Friends of Tom mixes genres creating unique and enjoyable set lists. Their sound incorporates an interesting mix of instrumentation using mandolin, harmonica, telecaster twang guitar and powerful soulful vocals with an occasional yodel for the “WOW” factor that distinguishes them from their peers. Whether it's a set of well known covers for a night club or an original set for a festival, when you hear the boot stomping you know Friends of Tom is kicking it into high gear.
