Born in Peterborough, I grew up in London, where I did my schooling from. It was in school that I got interested in fruit and flower arrangements and decided that I was going to take it up as my profession when I grew up. A graduation from the London School of Economics did not take my mind away from being an edible fruit bouquet sculptor and this is what I am doing today.
