Geneva Cole Binding is a small book binding business located in Dallas/Fort Worth, founded by Nicole Moses in June 2020. The business specializes in creating handmade books using traditional techniques such as Coptic Stitch, Secret Belgian, and Long Stitch. These techniques are known for their durability and aesthetic appeal, and they allow the exposed spine of the book to showcase the artistry of the binding.

The books created by Geneva Cole Binding are meticulously crafted with great attention to detail. They feature covers wrapped in cotton fabric, offering a range of styles and colors to choose from. This variety allows individuals to find a book that suits their personal needs. The interior pages of the books are made of high-quality art paper, catering to different artistic needs. Depending on the preferences of the customers, the available options include watercolor paper, mixed media paper, sketch paper, and writing paper with variations such as lined, dot grid, or blank.

The versatility of Geneva Cole Binding's books makes them suitable for various purposes. Whether someone wants to capture their thoughts and ideas, engage in sketching and drawing, explore painting techniques, or indulge in scrapbooking and junk journaling, these books provide a perfect platform for self-expression, self-healing, and the documentation of memorable moments.

With a focus on traditional craftsmanship and attention to detail, Geneva Cole Binding offers unique and personalized books that can inspire healing, creativity, and serve as cherished keepsakes for years to come.

ABOUT NICOLE
Nicole discovered her passion for book binding while studying Photography (BFA) at the University of Texas at Arlington in 2009. The binding process immediately captivated her, and after years of nurturing her craft, she finally launched her own business in June 2020. While working as a full-time Human Resources professional, Nicole also dedicates her free time to various activities such as weight training/powerlifting, attending art and music festivals, and embracing new experiences.

From a young age, Nicole has relied on her creativity and artistry to navigate life's challenges and embark on personal journeys. Journaling and art became therapeutic outlets for her, allowing her to learn, grow, and express herself. With each book she creates, Nicole aspires to offer others the same transformative potential that she has found through journaling and artistic exploration.

Nicole's dedication shines through in her beautifully crafted books, designed to be filled to the brim with ideas, healing, memories, and creative expression. Her passion for book binding is rooted in the belief that these meticulously crafted creations can serve as powerful tools for self-discovery, inspiration, and personal growth.
