The love of art and crafting has been a part of my soul for as long as I can remember. I have been designing and making wearable art for the past 10 years, and believe that jewelry making is a form of self-expression. Designing jewelry has become my passion, and I get my inspiration from everywhere; a unique bead, a lovely sunset, rain drops on a windowsill and most of all from my daughter Whitney. I continually travel to take classes to learn the latest styles and concepts of jewelry design, and how to incorporate the latest trends into my designs for the season. I have watched my business grow from a small TV tray work space, to a renovated studio boutique along with 5 specialty stores carrying my One of a Kind Designs. I believe that jewelry enhances the natural beauty of a woman, and I like bringing back the elegance of times gone by through my designs. I am a retired teacher from the Syracuse City School system, a member of the CNY Bead Society, CNY Gem & Mineral Association, the Baltimore, MD Bead Society, Rochester Artisan Guild and Bead Designers International.
