Holistic health coaching is the key to staying healthy and avoiding illness. It is the main focus of Hugs n Apples. As a cancer survivor, I strive to help those afflicted with this terrible disease to realize that there is always hope in combatting and conquering cancer. I work with patients and survivors to live through cancer and go on to live a strong disease free life.
Aside from coaching I offer hand made crafts, i.e. hand decorated lighted wine bottles and wine/liquor bottle lamps. My designs are original and I create them with glass gem beads. They make beautiful conversation pieces, accent lighting and thoughtful gifts.
