We produce and sell a gourmet chocolate drink called Momma's Rocket Chcolate. It is gourmet hot chocolate with espresso. It can be made hot, iced or blended. We would sell as menu item at event, and is also available in custom packaging to retail. My mother has been making this chocolate mix for years and I have just started marketing the product.
