My Grandmother, Virginia Bright Counts, was the sweetest person you could ever meet. Although born into poverty and left crippled by polio at an early age, she never let anything hold her back from living a full and happy life. As the only girl and youngest child she was something of a tomboy and was affectionately nicknamed, "Jake," by her brothers. I hope the concession business I named after my Granny Jake exhibits the same spirit by which she lived. We're dedicated to providing the same good food and good clean fun that made Jake such a delight to be around.
