Gringo Grub is a different take on food truck fare. We still offer classics like green chile cheese burgers and patty melts, but we use our own signature spices to serve you a new food truck experience. We also offer a variety of chicken dishe. We are positive we can hit every taste bud for every type of eater!
Gringo Grub meets all the state requirements for a mobile food vendor. We have even taken it several steps further. Our New Mexico CRS identification number is 03-330951-00-5. There is at least one person present with a servsafe food handler certification. We have been inspected and approved by our local fire inspector. We not only focus on food quality but also safety.
Gringo Grub operates out of an 8½ x 20 self-contained facility. We prefer electrical hookups, but can operate up to 10 hours per day on a whisper generator. Upon request will can email you a copy of our menu (full breakfast and lunch), ServSafe food handlers certification, Insurance, CRS identification number, NM health inspection card and the results of our latest inspection by the local fire inspector.
