The Gypsy Folk Ensemble is a professional world dance performing company based in Los Angeles, California which was formed in 1978 to preserve, perform and teach traditional folk and ethnic dances from people and cultures around the world. Gypsy has been a fixture in dance entertainment and education in Los Angeles and Southern California for more than 25 years. We perform the exciting and exuberant folk dances of Europe, America, the Middle East and Polynesia. The artists are all professional dancers with wide experience in stage, film, educational, business, and party settings
