RacletteCorner has finally taken the step to introduce Sioux Falls and surrounding areas to Raclette! Our first event was at German Fest 2018 downtown Sioux Falls. After understanding the hurdles of bureaucracy and getting the right license for the city, we got started. We came up with a long list of things to do and to get!
And here we are, ready for the crowd
The line started at 1 pm and we finally caught up by 8.45 pm.
The guys were busy preparing the plates to receive the melted sensation! We used our French Raclette Livradoux. This cheese has a nice rind to keep it together until the end!
It's safe to say that Sioux Falls was ready for some melted, gooey, raclette deliciousness.
We had a lot of fun and have a new appreciation for our commercial customers and their hard work educating the US about raclette!
